Proposal Evaluation. Our professional staff will evaluate all proposals submitted to your organization, based on provided specifications. For each proposal, a standardized score will be derived by averaging scores of individual raters. Since all proposals will be evaluated by the same group of raters, and introspec will not participate in the awarding of contracts, this will provide your organization with objective, unbiased assessments of proposals.Program Monitoring. On an agreed upon schedule, introspec will make site visits to contract awardees to ascertain whether or not funds are being expended in compliance with contract terms.
Board Training. introspec will provide Board training and evaluation services, evaluating Board effectiveness, Board internal communications and, where applicable, staff/Board communications. Particular emphasis will be placed on Board recruitment and responsibilities, as well as the differences between administration and policy.
Supervisor Evaluation. introspec will, at the direction of your organization, examine the effectiveness of supervision in agencies and departments responsible to you.
WBE / MBE Certification. introspec will examine all organizations currently receiving WBE/MBE contracts to insure that the agreed upon goals have been met. Furthermore, introspec will examine the membership of all companies currently certified as MBE/WBE, as well as those seeking certification. Reports will then be issued. This process will reduce the number of "bogus" MBE/WBE companies.
Small Business Technical Assistance. Since most MBE/WBE companies are small businesses, they experience the same problems that cause the majority of small businesses throughout the country to fail. introspec will provide these MBE/WBE businesses with technical assistance in financing, accounting, marketing research, advertising, and other areas.
